Thank you for visiting my website. I offer clients a complementary and holistic approach to improve physical and emotional health through a variety of treatments.
I offer Reiki Tera™ Mai and Seichem therapy plus Relaxation & Stress Management and Life Coaching with Holistic Health Care Massage Sessions and Hypnotherapy.
All treatments are a wonderful experience and are performed in an informal and relaxed atmosphere in my home in the Barnsley and South Yorkshire areas.

What is Reiki and what can it do for you?
Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful, hands-on technique that is non-invasive. You remain fully dressed for the treatment. It doesn't use manipulation and won't create dependency. It can help with numerous problems including lack of energy, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, poor circulation, insomnia and MS.
